Local Recycling Needs in Birmingham

The City of Birmingham is teaming up with the Michigan Department of Environment Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) and the University of Michigan's Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy (CLOSUP) to help communities like Birmingham better understand their residents' general understanding of the recycling programs offered (or not) in their community and how each community can better serve its residents and the greater environment through recycling.
