Zoning Ordinance Update

The City of Birmingham's zoning ordinance regulates land development. The City is updating the ordinance to modernize standards, ensure it is user-friendly, aligned with the Birmingham Plan 2040, and that all regulations are compliant with applicable state and federal statutes.
